Walnut and Silver

The Mini Moke was originally produced as a light off-road vehicle for the army with the final model rolling off the production line in 1993, but since then has become something of a cult car, popular with the rich and famous.

Using our well-honed skills for design in wood, Herrington Gate rescued, from the automobile gutter, this original classic Mini Moke to evolve it into a vehicle which has since covered thousands of miles on road trips around Paris, Monte Carlo, St Tropez, Barcelona and Palma de Mallorca.

Aside its reconditioned 1275GT engine, the fabric of the car was completely rebuilt.

The interior includes dashboard and seats handcrafted by Herrington Gate and trimmed in Alcantara, Herrington Gate - crafted walnut components including running boards with macassar ebony inlays, windscreen framing, side compartments, lights linings, bumper bars and grills to the engine bay.

The replica Becker Mexico has satellite navigation and Bluetooth facilities.

Sahara Beige and Oak

Spurred on by excitement from, and enquiries about, the walnut and silver model, Herrington Gate rescued yet another Mini Moke which we call The Sahara Beige. With an equally comprehensive rebuild, the final finish was in oak and Sahara beige hide.
