Macassar Cinema Room
A rich dark wood suited to the drama of the cinema, Macassar Ebony provides the focal point for this contemporary media room accessed via uber-sized sliding doors which are clad in walnut to match the furniture of the hallway side.
The ceiling detail was designed, by Herrington Gate, to house outer and inner perimeter LED lighting.
When closed, the bar doors can be seen trimmed with grey hide, as is the inner face of the entrance pocket doors.
Herrington Gate designed the sofa seating, shown here in party mode but which is designed to reposition into screen watching mode.
Either side of the central console table with mirror above, the separate beer and wine bars, with wine and bottle coolers, can be concealed behind leather trimmed ebony doors which fold into recesses in the macassar ebony cabinetry.
